(the "Corporation") (TSXV: FV) is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the acquisition by the Corporation of the option on the Amazing Grace Gold Property (previously announced on October 1, 2004). The common shares which will be issued to the vendor in accordance with the terms of the Option Agreement will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issue. No securities are to be issued as bonuses, nor are finders' fees or commissions to be paid in connection with the transaction.
