	Dr. Ken Powell, President of Firestone Ventures Inc. is pleased to announce that it has arranged a private placement consisting of the sale of 1,500,000 units at $0.15 each. Each unit will consist of one common share and one two-year non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share for $0.20. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for mineral property costs and general working capital. The private placement and finder's fee are subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for filing.
