	Firestone Ventures Inc. is pleased to announce that it has agreed to a private placement consisting of the sale of 4,000,000 units at $0.14 each. Each unit will consist of one common share and one two-year non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase another common share of the Company for $0.18. A finder's fee is payable in cash in connection with the financing. The proceeds of the offering will be used for mineral property exploration and general working capital. The private placement and finder's fee are subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for filing.
