Emerald Exploration Program On Schedule

| | Firestone Ventures Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of reconnaissance fieldwork by Archer, Cathro and Associates on the Four Corners property, Yukon Territory, Canada. The Four Corners property, under option to Firestone Ventures Inc. by Strategic Metals Ltd., is located 40 kilometres southeast of the Regal Ridge emerald occurrence being developed by True North Gems Inc. Initial prospecting and geochemical sampling has resulted in the identification of favorable source rocks and mineralogical indicators of potential emerald mineralization. Geochemical results from soil, silt and rock samples collected from the Four Corners property are pending. "We are very pleased with the initial results from the Four Corners property. We will focus Phase Two of the Four Corners program, scheduled for August, in the most prospective areas for emerald mineralization" says Mr. Ken Powell, President of Firestone Ventures Inc.
The field crew has now mobilized to the Meg claims to begin initial reconnaissance exploration work on the Meg, Rusty, Lion and Straw claims. These four properties are within seven kilometres of the Regal Ridge emerald occurrence and are under option by Firestone Ventures Inc. from True North Gems Inc.
