Firestone Ventures Inc. is pleased to announce that Roland Kreilein and Ken Powell have been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors in place of Harry Chew, Sonny Chew and David J. L. Williams, who have resigned to pursue other business interests. Mr. Powell will act as President of the Company.
Private Placement
The Company further announces that it has agreed to a private placement consisting of the sale of 3,000,000 units at $0.15 each. Each unit will consist of one common share and one two-year nontransferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share for $0.21. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for mineral property investigation and acquisition costs and for general working capital. The private placement will be subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for filing.
